  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We accept payments by Credit cards and Debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.

1) Visit us at www.borntosketch.com, and find the item(s) you'd like to order.
2) Click on the item to get to the product page.
3) Select the variant you'd like via the drop-down menu
4) Click on the 'Add to Cart' button
5) Click on 'Checkout' at the top right corner of the page.
6) Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details.

When your order is successful, you will see a page with your Order number. 

  • HOW SAFE IS YOUR WEBSITE?

All payments are processed by PayPal & Stripe, both trusted and secure platforms. We do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details, or passwords. Payments are 100% screened through and processed by PayPal or Stripe, depending on your payment method.

  • WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

The items should be received within 1-3 weeks of your order date if you are in the USA, Canada, EU and Australia. Shipments to other countries worldwide may take up to 5 weeks.

  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

      Five days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, you can send us an email or Facebook message asking for your tracking number. We will be happy to send it your way. 

      • THE TRACKING SAYS "NOT FOUND"! WHAT DO I DO?

      The tracking requires 5-10 days to update once the order is processed. Please wait until it has updated. If you have received an order confirmation, rest assured your order is on its way even though there might be some tracking issues. We have never had a package not reach its destination. Thank you for your patience!

      • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

      If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until
      the 
      time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

      • DO YOU ONLY SHIP TO THE USA?

      We ship worldwide!

      • MY CURRENCY IS NOT USD, CAN I STILL ORDER?

      Absolutely. The item prices on our website should show your local currency.
